#93 Normalization

If you thought potty training a toddler was hard, what about training a whole class?? A few years ago I received an email from one of my Certified Coaches, Elizabeth, who was teaching toddlers in a Montessori classroom.

You'd think that potty training would be absolute chaos when mixed with the wild swings of toddler emotions and behavior….But actually at 12-18 months, getting the potty skills down reduced tantrums and helped them to focus on learning other skills.
