We are now in the final waning lunar cycle of 2024, this is our final big release point of the year as the moon wanes over the next two weeks.

This is also the darkest time of year as we move towards the winter solstice on Saturday. This is a time where we should to be conserving our energy for what's ahead. I know this is a very busy time of year, but if you can carve out just a little bit of time this week to go inwards - just like nature right now - you're really going to feel the benefit as we move into new beginnings with the winter solstice and the return of the sun, and the traditional new year. ❤️
