He talks about how what we are really taking refuge in is the Dharma, which are teachings that ultimately lead us to know reality as it is. John distills the journey to Enlightenment, showing how it is all about seeking the truth, which leads to the cessation of suffering. This episode was recorded on April 2nd, 2025.
