Samsara, Nirvana and Buddha Nature 10 - Four Attributes of True Cessation

By using this model of understanding, John clarifies the meaning of Nirvana as complete freedom from all mental afflictions rather than temporary states of bliss and non-conceptuality achieved by concentration practices.
