Episode 160: Moni Jitchell

1 tim 1 min•30 september 2026

Om avsnittet

Moni Jitchell is drummer and vocalist Grant Donaldson and guitarist David Scott and the music they make is a noisy, panic-inducing rock or post-hardcore that wouldn’t feel much out of place on 3 One G, amongst bands like The Locust, Arab On Radar and Guck (see WCN episode 94).

The 23rd of October will see the duo release their latest album AWARE and by golly you can bet your bottom dollar that that’s exactly what we’re talking about in this here attached conversation—as well as the project’s origins, on-stage mishaps and funding for musicians in Scotland.

Visit Moni Jitchell on bandcamp for pre-orders, to listen to singles, live dates and links.
