The Magic of Coming Home to Yourself: A Retreat Recap

I recently returned from our wonderful Clarity and Connection women’s retreat at Sansara in Panama. This year’s retreat felt divinely-led, and I could not be more grateful for the experience. 

22 women joined me for a week-long experience of yoga, meditation, sound baths, incredible food, raw nature, and connection with self and each other. The women were all in different stages of life, but they had one thing in common: they were on a journey of coming home to themselves. 

Today I’ll share why this retreat felt like it was orchestrated from above, and why hosting these events is so deeply meaningful to me.
