BlizzCon 2026 Predictions

Episode 152 | BlizzCon 2026 is almost here, and it’s time to make some predictions!

This week on Azeroth United, we look ahead to Blizzard’s return to Anaheim and try to figure out what the company has planned for World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, StarCraft, and the rest of the Blizzard universe. From the future of Modern WoW and the growing mystery surrounding Project Camelot, to the possibility of new games and some predictions that may come back to haunt me, we're putting it all on the table before BlizzCon begins.

We’ll also talk about the history of BlizzCon, remember some notable moments, and look beyond BlizzCon 2026 and talk about where BlizzCon could be heading in the years ahead.

Plus, in the news: Microsoft is reportedly shopping several Xbox franchises, including Warcraft and Diablo, to Hollywood, Project Ascension announces its shutdown, J'imothy is discovered in World of Warcraft, and the Race to World First enters its third reset.
