I am so excited to bring you this special "Letting Go" series. Letting go is something I’ve personally struggled with, but I’ve found it to be one of the most freeing practices in my life. In this series, we’ll explore different aspects of release—whether it’s expectations, old stories, or fear itself. My hope is that through these meditations, you’ll find the peace and freedom that come with truly letting go.
I’m thrilled to start our "Letting Go" series today with a focus on releasing expectations. I know how heavy it can feel to carry the weight of what we think should happen or how things should be. Today’s meditation is about loosening that grip and finding peace in what is.
