617. The Hidden Truth About the Astral Realm & What Astral Projection Won't Tell You

Most people who explore the astral realm don't know what they're really entering or how it may already be shaping your reality. In this deep dive, I (Kara Goodwin) share my own experience and perceptions of the astral plane.

If you've experienced astral projection, lucid dreaming, had out-of-body experiences, or felt "overcome" by something in a high emotional state that you later couldn't explain, you'll want to dive into this discussion.

- What the astral realm actually IS, and how it differs from higher planes

- How the astral plane can negatively influence your thoughts, emotions, and life

- The key characteristics of the astral realm (entities, energy, etc)

- What lies BEYOND the astral plane — and major differences I've noticed

The astral realm is a real and complex dimension of spiritual travel.

Astral projection and out-of-body experiences can open profound doorways and open your understanding to deeper realities, but without awareness, the astral plane can tether your consciousness to lower frequencies. In this episode we'll explore how spiritual awakening asks us to move through and ultimately transcend the astral realm into higher states of cosmic consciousness.
