TONIGHT’S SCRIPTURE:

John 14:12

[12] “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. (ESV)

SUMMARY

We sit with John 14:12 and the startling promise that believers will do the works of Jesus and even greater works because he goes to the Father. We slow it down, clarify what “greater” can mean, and end with a prayer that turns rest into preparation for tomorrow.
