TONIGHT’S SCRIPTURE:

Revelation 21:4

[4] He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” (ESV)

SUMMARY

We sit with Revelation 21:4 and let its promise speak louder than the tears, the exhaustion, and the questions that won’t resolve. We end the night by trusting that pain is real but not final, because God will make all things new through Jesus Christ.

• reading Revelation 21:4 as an evening mindset meditation 
• naming exhaustion, struggle, and repeated sorrow without pretending it is small 
• wrestling with “why is this continuing?” and living with unanswered questions 
• holding on to endurance in faithful service when explanations do not come 
• imagining God’s comfort and the end of death, mourning, crying, and pain 
• resting in the promise that the former things will pass away 
• closing prayer for God’s presence and peace tonight
