Here's something to sit with: there are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on every beach on Earth, combined. Every beach, every grain, and still, more stars than that. Your mind can't really hold a number like that, and it isn't supposed to — some things exist simply to remind you how vast it all is, and how small your worries look next to it.

Day 7 closes out Wonder Week with a practice in letting that scale be a relief, not a fear. You don't have to solve anything, fix anything, or become anything else today — you just have to be here, breathing, under all those stars.
