Legacy Dance Tribute: Hex Hector Mixology Volume 7 (2015)

This Legacy dance tribute — Hex Hector Mixology Volume 7 (2015) — collects the remixer’s club work for listeners and DJs who follow his deeper cuts as much as the hits. The hour-plus set was assembled as a penultimate celebration of Hex’s catalog, moving between circuit-ready peak edits and more reflective late-night turns. Volume 7 highlights Hex’s range with a moody Hex Hector & Mac Quayle take on Everything But The Girl’s “Temperamental,” a reimagined Diana Ross “I Will Survive,” and a playful club conversion of Mandy Moore’s “Candy.” The mix also digs up rarer choices such as Mika’s “Relax (Take It Easy),” opener Veronica’s “I’m In Love (Hex Club Mix),” and Joi Cardwell’s vocal-driven “Soul To Bare,” offering a balanced run of chart moments and crate-digger gems. It reads like a gift for die-hard fans ahead of the series finale.
