The ego-mind is constructed to create an identity - an image of who and what you are, and what you’re capable of. You start to embody this idea of yourself and you believe it's YOU.

A more true and direct experience of you can be had when you drop through these layers of identification and simply feel yourself. Feel what’s authentically there. Feel your heart and your gut. Feel your emotional body and energetic body. Feel your wantings and your desires.

To do all this, it’s incredibly powerful to use the modality of the feminine and masculine archetypes. When you heal their old relationship of blame and hurt you’ll experience their dance as a deep source of turn on in yourself.
