Tina’s been observing herself in the recordings of our sessions and seeing new layers of distraction and attention jumping around. She sets the intention to slow down and deepen her presence.

This leads us to meet with the protector parts that have built the walls around the girl. It becomes clear that some of them don’t trust Tina, and that leads to new discoveries about who Tina has been identifying as.
